Really hard to get through on the phone. It's either busy constantly, or you get a message saying It has not been possible to connect your call". Once you do manage to get through though

Been waiting over two weeks go get through, tried to get my log in details for the prescription service two weeks ago, was assured it was sent out, it wasn’t, rang back and was told their system was down and I would get a call back that afternoon. I didn’t. I’ve been without my antidepressants for this long, and not for lack of trying. I’ve rang over 300 times in the last week

I have just rang and spoke to “JULIE” receptionist to get my son to see a doctor. I explained all the concerns I have she then interrupted me had a conversation with another member of call centre. I then asked excuse r u talking to me.. “aww no” she then said so what’s wrong. My reply as u imagine wasn’t as polite. Told her if she listened in first place instead of having chat with staff. My son unwell I’m worried.very rude. I asked her name she said there I go make a complaint. Said don’t worry I will. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Formal complaint is going in and when I arrive At surgery I’ll be asking ti speak ti Julie

Useless. Incompetent. Doctors are not giving the right diagnosis. I have been prescribed antibiotics for a week whilst breastfeeding because the doctor suspected an infection. I called the front desk a week later to ask for a follow-up. They then informed me that they had received the results of my sample and that I had no infection after all... I believe that I should have been informed of the results and told to stop the unnecessary treatment. It also didn't solve my issue at all.My mother who is also a patient there and really ill there has been waiting for compression stockings for the last 3 months. She's been ask to come back to re-do her measurements 3 times.Patient care is clearly not a priority.During my mum consultation we had a few questions on her course of treatment, the doctor" told us "I don't have time

Always put off going to the doctors anyway but I really need to see a doctor and can never get through by phone. When you eventually get through your put in a que and then the reception pick up and the phone cuts out. You then start over. I’ve tried over an hour with no luck. This has happens for as long as I know and when you explain when you eventually get to speak to someone they couldn’t care less. There is obviously a problem with the phone system that isn’t being fixed!

Been a patient of this practice for a number of years. Had to ring this morning for an urgent appointment after nasty insect bite causing severe rash and swelling to arm. Received excellent service from Julie on Reception and professional care from nurse Jo. Thank you folks for your prompt response and caring professionalism

I cannot thank the staff enough for their rapid response into need of help. Thank you so much and to the phone call I received from the GP who prescribed medication in such a lovely and professional manner. He understood my ailments and all being well will be back on track shortly.I have always found the staff to be friendly, understanding and courteous.Thank you so much to each and everyone of you.

This doctors always responds promptly to the online medical requests and books phone consultations or face to face appointments as required. The reception team are amazing and despite constantly being busy dealing with patients, they always come across professional and helpful. All of the clinical team I have encountered are friendly and welcoming and always provide sound medical advice. I am sure the surgery doesn’t have an easy time dealing with the sheer volume of patients on a daily basis, but they handle it amazingly well and I am grateful to have such a good doctors for me and my family. Thank you!
