There is never enough menu items available, whenever you ask for something on the menu it’s always sold out! Poor communication between staff. Do better!!

Good shop. Some very friendly staff present. Some not so friendly.5 stars when happy staff are in,3 when the grumpy ones are there....

Great service! A young man serving me pizza made me feel so welcome. Highly recommend

Nice and New. More expensive than other branches, as it's a hub

Food was cold and order was wrong. No manners from staff. Got impression they were not interested in listening

Service was very slow. Ended up having to turn off one of the automatic doors myself due to the sensor being very sensitive. We had weather warnings in place and bags were flying off tables and landing on other tables and the floor. Staff appear to be oblivious to anything going on around them.

It's a drive through Gregg's! Prompt service decent coffee, noticed there are 6 electric car chargers outside too that aren't commissioned yet as 1st September but aren't far away.

Just been to Gregg's drive through and I can safely say will not be going back to any Gregg's bakery as since they opened have been to a couple of the other locations and everyone is the same terrible staff and have never had anything hot from them even if it comes out of the hot counter and if you ask to heat anything up they give you some excuse that they can't heat up anything due to some heating policies and that you can microwave it I go to a place like this to get something hot to eat but Gregg's fail at every turn. So will not be returning to any of there branches and will be tell others to do the same.Good luck Gregg's you will need it you have a McDonald's next to your branch it is was queued out the door and your premises was dead.... you will last long

Nothing special about this Greg's. You know what you're getting.Only bad thing is I feel other Greg's have a better selection of food. Felt this had less for some reason.Staff was friendly/funny and food was fine
