Customer service is either exceptional or poor depending who serves, luckily there's only 2 I've seen who give poor service. They don't always have what I want but I can generally do a small top up shop. Good store in general.

Very bad experience. Am shift girls are very rude and don’t do their job properly. I didn’t believe my wife she told me they are unprofessional and rude until now. Terrible customer service. They are arrogant and unhelpful.

Staff are friendly, shop is usually well stocked. Post office is efficient, they have a car park so it is much better than the town centre post office if you are sending a lot of or bulky parcels. Only downside is that there is one till for the post office, one person doing something that takes 25 minutes causes quite a queue. I come here daily and it doesn't happen very often. when it does they will scan pre paid post out the back if they have someone available to do it.

New store and a terrible experience from start to finish. Entrance to the car park is degraded already and is a hazard to vehicles and pedestrian access. Reward card wouldn't scan, I was told my QR membership card was only for Coventry, Bedworth needed a barcode, so ive paid £1 for a membership card that doesn't work. The staff were rude to another customer while I was being ignored at a self scan till waiting for assistance. That customer walked out shortly followed by myself. I won't be using Co-op again and will tell all I meet of the totally unprofessional service received.

Veryyy veryyy rude one Indian girl on the post office . Speak really rude and arrogantly. She should be out from the store I don't know where is the manager of exhall co op they don't bother about they employees really shame of them

Generally good.But sent a small parcel second class signed for to the Isle of Man and cost £6.75. Should only take 2-3 days. But no, it took over a week and then the package arrived damaged! Royal Mail is so disappointing these days. Not sure if it is the stores fault or Royal Mail? Bunch of good for nothing jokers.

Recommend this shop for customers who want to get shopping experience and enjoy their coop card they also have a post office to deliver mail and parcels services it is amazing and enjoyable unique experience with many items in stock. It also has food , drink . Confectionery and fridge food available it’s supplies Costa coffee drinks to most of its customers. Pleasant and polite staff too .

The staff at the coop in Exhall are doing a amazing job job with Chelsea and Sophie in the evening shift but the management should remoploy more staff staff to stop the pressure on the the 3 staff in their
