It was a pleasure to have contacted Garton Jones Estate agents regarding my research for a flat to rent in London.

Garton Jones has been managing my property in Vestry Court, Westminster, for almost a decade and they have done an outstandingly efficient job on my behalf. My role has been to collect my rent on a monthly basis while Garton Jones has looked after my flat. In particular, Shane Simpson, my Property Manager, has been a delight to work with.

After years of dealing with all sort of real estate agencies, I came across a company like this for the first time. Kerry, who is super nice, organised everything in the most professional way, helping to secure the flat and move-in in just a few days (which is extremely rare in London). I was in a situation where i needed to move flat in Westminster in a very short period as my previous landlord dramatically increased rent at the end of the term. Fair enough. After engagement with many Estate Agents I finally came across Garton Jones and I must say from start to finish they have been one of the most communicative, friendly, understanding and professional estate agents I've dealt with in London.Speaking from experience as I've moved flats 5x in 12 years all within West/SW London. As opposed to the impersonal treatment from the massive high street estate agents (I'm looking at you Foxtons). I was dealing with Truc to try to find a flat in the Westminster area. She was very friendly and understood all my needs well. I was under some time pressure to find a flat and even managed to squeeze a viewing in within the same day despite the flat only arriving on the market recently.
