I had a bluetooth headset to repair with its mechanical pin broken. Timpson had the part and tools needed to mend it. They have done a clean job and it was really quick as well. Polite and friendly person offered excellent service!

Lee in this branch is fantastic, i went to 3 different shops including 2 different timpson branches to get a couple of keys cut, none of them worked, i went to your branch in the quadrant in dunstable and was greeted by a man named lee, he proptly cut my keys within 2 minutesWhile after i came back to get my Car Key done Which he did it perfectly and guide me through the procedure how to get my Car Key ActivatedGood Job To This Man He's Good At His Job And I Will recommend This To all my family and friends

Absolutely fabulous service, I had quite a problematic key and he still managed to cut me a new one, he even GAVE me a spare as he was concerned that it may not work. Would definitely go back.

I had keys copied here 3 times; once I had 16 keys from which 4 didn't work. 2 of them still didn't work even after they were adjusted second time. Last week I copied one key which doesn't work. I didn't even bother to go back this time.
