Mark 1 MOT & Service Centre

!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Wouldn’t even give one star, worst garage I have ever dealt with! Customer service is shocking, sold a faulty car and had to be brought in multiple times never properly fixed. Was also given an untaxed courtesy car, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!If I can put zero stars I would.I wouldn't go near this place at all, I have warranty on my car and went to see if they can go through the warranty company to get the car fixed. They said yes at first, 8 days later when the car was due to go in, I went to hand my car key in ready to be fixed the next day. I was then told he had changed his mind and won't do the work and faff about with chasing the warranty company, they said I'd have to pay full cost over £900 and then get reimbursed by my warranty company but it doesn't work that way they only pay the company. The receptionists were arguing with me that they can do it that way but I double checked by calling them and low and behold I was right. They never bothered contacting me way before 8 days to say they won't do the work the manager was so rude and such a disgusting attitude, receptionists were arrogant and zero skills of customer service, I went to another garage and turns out it wasn't even the whole parts that mark1 was trying to get me to pay for. Got it fixed the same day and a whole lot cheaper works like a dream. Avoid at all costs not worth the hassle nor the price!!!

Phoned first thing in the morning and they took it in promising maybe next few days,they realized it was urgent and pulled out all the Stops to carry out the repair.1st class service and reasonable.

Clutch replaced on 2010 Toyota Avensis giving it an amazing new lease of life. Relative to other garages, Mark1 was very good at replying while others were a mare. Cost a lot to replace, but price was on the reasonable, believable end of quotes received. Was a problem (told wrong part had been ordered) and didn't get car back same day after dropping off 8am, but got it back at very end of next day.

Car was in for mot and service. Initially failed for 2 reasons and these were rectified. A month later I got a flat tyre and when the aa have came out and said that the car should never passed its mot due to the tyre wear and tear. When the tyre was checked it was down to the thread and this was on a back tyre. So glad this was found by the aa and not the police.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Would give them minus score if that was an option.Absolutely rip off. They almost tricked me to pay. 800 plus to fix my Air con. Took the vehicle in to get ac checked. They said it needs recharged. 2 hours later i got a call saying its all fixed and ready to be collected. i went to collect the vehicle paid £80 for ac recharge. Upon checking the vehicle ac wasn’t working at all. Other mechanic came and checked again to find that actual ac was faulty and quoted me £800 plus pounds for second hand part and labour cost. They refilled the gas for no reason and made me pay £80, which they never refunded. I took the car back and took it other local garare. They found that it was just a relay that was faulty and cost me £5 to replace it.Avoid at all cost.

Excellent service with a taxi test and MOT for us. Friendly and efficient staff and look forward to dealing with them again and again over the coming months and years
