I dealt with Marianne and Jordan for close to 10 months in getting my property back , through no fault of my own and the system of council houses being wanted I had to evict my tenant, I am unintentional landlord with just my 1 house helping someone out during covid left me in a terrible situation so I searched out help and found the landlord group - Marianne and Jordan made this process seem less , smooth and understandable , a already unsettled situation was eased by their help and professional advise they gave , we finally have the keys back a day before the deadline for the enforcement agents visiting , thank you so much I couldn’t have done this with them and the landlord group !

Having found myself in a horrendous situation with a Tennant , and not being a professional Landlord as I had only one property , I searched the internet for some sort of guidance , I found many stories where the landlords were as frustrated with the legal representation as much as their ongoing tenants problems . Top class service. Paid upfront for the section 21 to be issued to my tenant and spoke with Marianne Steer who couldn't be more helpful!Everyone was happy to help whenever I called/emailed the office. My tenant luckily moved out but they refunded me the unused funds for the court proceedings. Not many law firms would do that!100% would recommend to all my friends.

I had to contract with a legal firm for the first time to remove a delinquent tenant. I hadn't heard of the Landlord Group before, but found the application process and fixed fees very simple and comforting. The process went relatively quickly, all but for the usual long court date delays and arranging bailiffs etc, however, the legal advice was extremely helpful and all legal obligations were concluded as quickly as the court system could manage. The tenant is now out and I finally have the ability to relet the property to someone else who might actually pay the rent. Also a quick shout out to Beth for her patience and very professional advice. I fully recommend the Landlord Group's services.

A most professional, efficient and wholly expert service that delivered results in the timescale I imagined the courts might allow. I got my property back and pretty much all my arrears and expenses.It pays to employ experts in housing law and these guys proved extremely affordable. If I need deal with rent arrears and being locked out of a property again these guys will be my first call.Access to this level of service should be deemed more of a business asset than an expense item.
