Ok, so the carpets are nice quality the one in hall looks dull in colour but i may change it one day.The doors get cut down from bottom if your doors do not move freely which is fine.One guy did it all laid my hall and lounge carpets.I was quite taken a bsck with how much sawdust my place was covered inMy sofa had to be moved into my kitchen said the guy from the carpet centre well my kitchen is tiny but i got 2 friends to lift it in and put it down into the kitchen so not to scratch the kitchen floor.The day it was laid i had mainly stayed in my bedroom.When i was told it was done, i came in and soo much fluffy carpet mess everywhere. Big tubes to get rid of and a bag of carpet bits and grippers.Anyways the guy had moved by himself my sofa back into my lounge but must of somehow dragged it on kitchen floor and it scrapped my floor.I felt really upset as i try to look after things keep them clean etcTheir was a massive long scratch through the kitchen floor tiles. When i rang up and said about the floor.. I was told 'just put mats over it' the kitchen flooring was perfectly fine before so why should i?I was told to use a scourer on the floor to try get scratches up.. Either way i have disabilities.. In my back legs arm, feet and neck.. I really tried to use the scourer but it did nothing.The clean up of the lounge and hall took its toll on me and he even told me to hoover up the entrance where all residents walk through, as carpet bits out their.If i do any cleaning its mostly 15 mins here and their as if i do too much like i had to clean till 3am when he left.. Im absolutely done in and couldn't go out for 2 weeks because i was in soo much pain.I'm a honest reviewer as i think its fair to us public.Maybe i was supposed to expect a mess to clean after the carpet was laid.? But i was thinking it be lovely to show the customer how good the carpet looks.I was self employed and always respected people's property when going to do their hair.The pics have my scratched kitchen floor on.
