I booked in to see Zoe for a deep tissue massage in Hereford and I'm really glad I did. I was really impressed with her knowledge and holistic approach to the massage. She managed to work out the tension in my neck and shoulders so will definitely be adding regular treatments into my recovery routine. 10/10, highly recommended!

Having seen Zoe a couple of days ago to ease some tension in my back and shoulders from breastfeeding, I feel less tense and like my muscles have been worked and freed. Already checking dates to get the next appointment in the diary as it was one of the best massages I’ve experienced. Cheers Zoe!

I had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Zoe yesterday, I came away feeling wonderful and went home for a nap. Zoe was so welcoming, with a warm, peaceful presence and a lovely space for the massage. I recommend Zoe and will be going back again.

My first appointment with Zoe was yesterday. So good. I am in almost constant pain with arthritis and chronic sciatica but, after my treatment, I was walking better with less pain and my skin felt super. Not a miracle cure, unfortunately, but a lovely escape. Looking forward to next session. Life is a little brighter! Thank you Zoe.

Went to Zoe for the first time. After never having anything like this done before. I was a little apprehensive before I went in. Zoe was lovely and I felt really at ease and just overall a really good experience. Felt very relaxed and my back felt really good after. Zoe was lovely. Got my next session again soon. 200 percent recommend!!

I have been experiencing shoulder & neck pain for a couple of months now & have had to use painkillers most days to relieve it, after just one appointment with Zoe for a deep tissue massage the pain I have been experiencing has diminished massively. Zoe was very professional and friendly, we discussed my needs before the treatment began & she talked me through what she would be doing, during the treatment she regularly checked to make sure that the pressure she was using was ok for me too.I found the massage incredibly relaxing as well as beneficial for my pain. I am looking forward to further treatments.
