We use this charming and perhaps a little traditional style pet supply store every time we are having a holiday break in the area, (the last seven years). Usually calling first as our dogs have special requirements. Always very good prices. Always very friendly and helpful. Easy to recommend them :-)

The website stated opening hours so made a detour to pickup some raw dog food for our dogs holiday and the times shown on the website were not shown the same on shop front. Not what I wanted after a 6 hour car journey

Brilliant pet shop that sells a large range of healthy, natural pet food & treats. It's cheaper than Pets@home too. Martin & Annette are friendly & so helpful.

Definitely not what you'd expect from a pet shop. You can't even walk through the front door to get into the pet shop, let alone look around. Empty boxes everywhere with food lying around.

Googled pet shops in local area. Drove to get to this place given the good reviews witch can only be put on google by friends and family. The shop is crammed with junk so can walk down the isles. And stinks of ammonia and like something has died under all the junk. Put me right off. Only in the shops a few seconds total disappointment

The owners are genuinely really lovely and no request is too much for them. The lady has ordered in flavours of raw foods they don’t normally have in stock just for us and on occasion, the gentleman has kindly delivered it home for us when we were having to isolate.I suppose if you think of this place as a shop, it may not be what you’re used to. But if you consider it a stockroom, it’s absolutely great! The choice is really amazing and prices are fantastic! If one was to order from any pet store online, you wouldn’t judge the state of their stockroom because you simply wouldn’t see it. So I don’t understand the need for negativity here either.I wanted to put this review because we should be supporting local business and I really think people should give this place a chance! Yes it’s not like a boutique pet store experience like some may be accustomed to when they’re not down here on their holidays, but if you know what you want - chances are they stock it here! And for locals, it really is an important little shop with its own place in the community.

An absolute shambles.... the place is not clean and the aisle was rammed with stock. They did have what I needed but the poor lady serving me had to clamber over loads of boxes and bags of pet food to get it for me. I wouldn't have gone there but for the fact that it was the only place in Braunton that would have it.

They know their stuff, full of useful information on animals/pets. Stock good pet food and treats, toys and pet accessories for your pet.

Appalling clearly owned by hoarders. He owner really doesn’t want you to go into shop as there is dog food pet foods all over the floor. Lady had to climb over bags to get to counter. Never in my life have I seen any that bad in a shop. Needs investigation the stench was from rotting food.
