I was working for Beagle Technology Group for past 4 years. I joined as a New Product Introduction, after 3 years has been promoted to Production Manager role.Beagle gives you great opportunity to learn the many aspects of engineering associated with Aerospace Technology and other engineering aspects such as assembly structures, metal fabrication, chemical treatments, machining. I had ability to learn from other departments and that was fantastic.A great place to work where you are able to progress and help shape the workplace. Training is available and encouraged for everyone to assist in personal development and for business needs.Management are friendly and approachable and a lot has been done to address work/life balance and also building social, as well as professional links between staff.
