Cloud 9 Vets Oxford

Our golden retriever Ruby was in a lot of pain. The vet told us she has a few months to live at best and her quality of life was degrading rapidly. We had no choice but to consider dog euthanasia to save her the suffering. Cloud 9 were very helpful and explained the whole procedure in details. We decided to do it. Ruby felt no pain at all. She just drifted asleep peacefully. I hope she is in a better place now. One without pain.

Amazing staff, they took care of us from the first phone call to the actual service they provided us. The vet who came home was excellent and she did everything she could to make the process as simple and easy to handle as possible.

We were devastated when Lucky was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Worst day in our lives. We spoke with Cloud 9 vets the same day for nearly 2 hours and a very long consideration we decided to go with dog euthanasia. Let me tell you, the vet made the whole procedure look so easy and painless for Lucky. We had enough time to say goodbye to him, although I don't think there is ever enough time for that....

I first heard about Cloud 9 Vets a few months ago. At first I rejected the idea of pet euthanasia, but eventually I realised that this is the only peaceful, humane and respectful way to say goodbye to your pet companion when the time comes. My dog, Berney got sick and seeing him suffer was devastating. I called Cloud 9 Vets and I was pleased to be treated so professionally. The vet came to our house, examined Berney and then gently put him to sleep. He wasn’t stressed or terrified which was entirely due to the vet’s caring and sympathetic attitude.

A great deal of consulting was necessary to see that this was the best option we had. I don't like to talk about it but gentle and caring professionals deserve recognition. I`m grateful for the service they provided.
