Very nice place for good family fun although a bit pricey. Large trampoline area great to burn energy and jump around with kids. Worth giving it a try.

Fantastic place! Visited here for my son's 9th birthday, him and two of his friends got two hour free play passes for £9 each through a special deal, which was an amazing deal (especially considering Inflatanation is £12/hr, filthy, nowhere near as big or as fun with barely any facilities in comparison!) My only complaint is that it was pretty fiddly booking, if you have an offer code to input then you have to create an account, get a code to login, book each person individually, and input a new code from your email to log in each time to book, so if you're a party of people it gets annoying having to get codes sent to your email to log in and then book and repeat the process numerous times. You do have to show that you have properly completed the safety waiver for each person when you get booked in before you get your wristbands, but I think that's a GOOD thing as it shows the staff care about the safety of the users! I also have to give a HUGE shoutout to the staff that were there Sunday 2nd July, they were all really helpful and kind, plus I accidentally left my phone on the counter when putting the wristbands on the excited kids, and when I realised I thought for sure it had been stolen, but the wonderful guy behind the counter grabbed it and kept it safe, and when I realised he had me confirm that it was my phone by asking me to describe the case plus put the code in to unlock it in front of him, and I'm so glad he did that as anyone who had seen me leave it there could have lied and said it was theirs, so I was so grateful to him! The unlimited refills on the slushies is a great deal too, the kids loved choosing and mixing their flavours and getting plenty of refills to cool them down! The floor was crazily sticky, but with the amount of kids spilling slushy I'm not surprised tbh! Overall though I was so impressed and the kids had a blast and we will DEFINITELY be back!

Was a great day for my daughter at gravity. My daughter was crying and Rimshah (one of the marshals) was extremely attentive. This is the type of customer service anyone should expect and she did excellently. Would definitely recommend.

This place is electric! A great mix of trampoline, lots of slides, challenges, and jumping castles all in one place. Staff were amazing. Moreover, they do 20% NHS discount for the superheroes. The toilets were clean and the staff was really cooperative and helpful.

Very nice place not just for kids but for parents as well. Although there's still room for improvements, it is still a great experience overall.

Rude staff asked staff for assistance said yes and walked straight past in one continual movement asked about replacement socks was told they can only be replaced if they were socks from rush or another trampoline park,when it clearly stated they have to be GRAVITY SOCK then told you got it! Disgusting behaviour

Amazing staff and friendly. My kids enjoyed and happy in this trampoline. Children 5 and older can play alone and those under 5 are most occupied by adults. It could be said nice place for kids and deserve to visit. Finally, Thank for Lora who is working in reception for her nice smile and service.

Great staff, very friendly.Unfortunately wouldn't take cash so card only. I expected it to be bigger than what it was. Kids loved it and that's the main thing.Wasn't expecting to pay parking for a big shopping complex but ask at reception of the Gravity and they will give you a ticket to reduce your parking by 50%.
