Wow! Our kitchen designed, supplied and fitted by Controlled Interiors Ltd is amazing!We had an idea of what we wanted and Jeff's design is much more than we had imagined! We were given a schedule by Penny, and even though there were some pre-existing electrical issues which were safely rectified, it all went smoothly and on time - we now have our dream kitchen!The quality of the Leicht cabinets is excellent and they compliment the Bosch appliances perfectly.Thank you Jeff, Penny and all the brilliant tradespeople involved!Libby and Keith Newbury

Very disappointed with this company who came highly recommended. We feel we 'dodged a bullet' with Controlled Interiors.It's a long one, but a full account of our poor experience......In February we had a first visit from Tim. Charming, but slightly over imposing. We discussed our ideas (which included an extension) we gave a smaller budget than we ended up having, but we were excited to see what he could come up with as he came across quite positively about our ideas.A week or so later we went to the show room for our viewing. The first design was nothing but short of what we had discussed, no extension, no exterior door that he knew had to remain. (We understand this was for design aesthetic, but the door remaing was a must) We felt rather deflated. The reason for this, our low budget. Tim had surprisingly made a second design, turns out that was our dream kitchen, the one we had described, it was almost all there. The budget for this design, he told us was double. We knew we could, so we booked him on this design and paid our deposit.Over the following couple of weeks, more discussion was had on some of the details. There were a couple of things we compromised on (not sure why we couldn't have a full length fridge and freezer) but we were happy enough. Tim told us he would project manage the whole job and suggested a good reliable builder he wanted to bring in for the job.4 weeks later the builder arrived, we thought to do his own measuring up, discuss the building works etc. He was here for less than 5 minutes. Small alarm bells started here. We were given a loose start date of September.Between April and August, there was little communication. We would email or call with questions that would pop up, as they do when you have time to think about things, with long durations between them being answered. More alarm bells, and a sinking gut feeling started from end of June time. We still hadn't had a call to go in and finalise the small details etc, this company had our deposit too. The 2nd to last week of August came and still nothing, we emailed asking if they had an actual week to start in September and it took 2 days for a reply. Tim arranged to come to our home to deliver the news that the builder was not fit at this time, this is unfortunate, it was going to be at least another 4 to 6month wait, ok we will wait, then the price hike....we were told it would be half the cost again, of the original price of the extension build. We understood materials had gone up, but half again just for the build.....Tim suggested he would get 2 more builders to quote. None came to quote, 2 further weeks past without a word, we were beyond disappointed at this stage. On the 2nd attempt at phoning, Tim finally phoned back, he suddenly had 1 quote, that exact day....still with a considerable higher build price. We had no faith left in Tim, we no longer trusted this company. The job was cancelled.We did get our deposit back without hesitation.We have since had other quotes and designs from other builders and kitchen designers, we can have our dream kitchen(Inc both a full length fridge and freezer) with an extension (all within our healthy budget).My advice, shop around.

Brilliant job from start to finish, Kitchen was open to design ideas as a new extension to house, Controlled Interior designer came and discussed with myself and my wife then drew up a 3D model of how our kitchen would look which was amazing to see, the fitters were clean and meticulous and attention to detail second to none, so very very happy with the quality of all units and appliances, great job Penny and all of the team, Gary & Maxine

This is the second kitchen we have had from Controlled Interiors having bought the first one from Geoff and the second from his Son Guy. They have both been an absolute delight to work with and nothing is too much trouble. The first kitchen still looks as good as it did when installed over ten years ago and having moved recently we did not hesitate to return to Controlled Interiors for our new one, with which we are delighted.

We spent a lot of time debating who we would use for our kitchen, Controlled Interiors were very helpful from the start. The quality of the units, fit and finish was perfect with a great eye for detail. What really impressed us was the planning, everything was 100% on schedule work wise including walls being knocked down, plastering and electrics. In terms of fitting you can tell it is a proper job" by a proffesional company as the standard of workmanship is so high. I have never seen anyone elses kitchen fitted to such a high quality standard

We are delighted with our new kitchen. We had quite a precise brief and Guy and Penny managed to offer a design which incorporated all of our requirements, plus their advice and suggestions were extremely helpful. They were able to timetable the fitting to suit us and the whole process was completed with amazing efficiency and to a high standard - which is a bit of a rarity these days.

I have worked with Tim and the team on two projects, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I couldn't give them a higher recommendation.The last project was my own kitchen. Not only does it look amazing, it works beautifully with a natural flow. From both an aesthetic and practical angle the design is outstanding and the delivery of the design was carried out on time, with skill and great attention to detail.I love it! We have recently had our kitchen completed with Controlled Interiors and the work they have done has been exceptional. We had our old kitchen knocked through into the garage and had a large kitchen extension with island.From start to finish the customer service has been excellent and Guy was fantastic throughout. The fitters and workforce were very friendly and done an absolutely faultless job.We are very happy, Thank you Controlled Interiors.

Fantastic job from start to finish. Transformed our old dark, cramped kitchen into the spacious, light, stylish kitchen our house deserved. Excellent communication throughout the whole process with all work managed under the one roof. Guy and the team took care of everything. From design to organising the builders, electricians, plumbers and painter. Kitchen looks fantastic, it is super practical and well thought out.

Very professional company who did a complete kitchen design and installation from start to finish. The modelling software gives you a very good impression of what the kitchen will look like before the kitchen has been installed. The German kitchen is of a very high quality and has lots of nice touches not seen in English kitchens. Had to wait for the kitchen to be made in Germany before it was professionally installed in the UK. The fitter was a perfectionist and was very nice to work with. Very pleased with the kitchen and the support provide by Controlled Interiors. Can thoroughly recommend them.
