Amazing service.Came to look at my sons tv, which had completely failed. As this tv was only 14 months old, Nigel gave me the ammunition in the way of consumer rights info, to take on the seller. He also provided a detailed report. Very knowledgeable in his field. Defiantly worthy of a 5 star review.Having worked in the TV service for a major rental company, I certainly would have been happy to have had him work in the service dept. I worked in.

Highly recommend ! Looking after my mother when an elderly neighbour came asking for help with her TV. I'm not to technical minded so after a while of trying to help I rang NWD and within 2 mins he'd talked me through and solved the problem. Made an elderly lady relying on her TV very happy! Lovely friendly service!!

Spoke on the phone on Monday, to discuss an issue with our portable TV. Nigel suggested trying something with a 12v connection and ordering a part off eBay. He was spot on. Part cost £14 and TV working perfectly now, thanks to his knowledge. Will be using again for any TV problems. Highly recommended.

I am very thankful to Nigel because he told me what I should do in regards to my Hibachi TV which stopped working within 16 months of purchase with no fault of mine which meant my 1 year guarantee had expired. Through his advice I got partial refund for the TV and full refund for the engineer's report from the retailer. He is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Nigel.

After having months of the signal dropping out on my TV and being told nothing was wrong I called NWD Electrics. Nigel arrived that morning. Within an hour had discovered the problem and corrected it with minimum expense. Excellent customer service. Worth every star.

I found NWD through the Internet. I spoke to Nigel about my son's telly which was playing up, it was only 17 months old. Nigel looked over it, but due to covid the parts were not available it was a manufacturers issues. Nigel provide a report to show to Argos. They refunded me the full amount of the TV on to a gift card and reimbursed me the cost of the report. Nigel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again.

Would thoroughly recommend Nigel on a personal and professional basis. He’s patient and very knowledgeable and informative and helpful. I would say he is one of the best TV engineers in the Northamptonshire area. I live in Kettering but still use him over other local engineers. Plus he is a really nice guy.
