Great staff and very helpful. They sorted out mine and my wife’s annual upgrades when another store had issues with the system and claimed they couldn’t do it Mo and his team worked around this to get the problems sorted. 100% would definitely recommend and I will travel here every time rather than the 4 other shops that are closer to me.

The shop is in a good location, what let down the place is some of the staff that doesn't show interest in helping you preferring to stay talking to others colleagues. On that note I can add that I started a Orange customer and I can say that the product that they sell is great but the service is very poor. The service quality has been declining for a while, something that I mentioned to EE and complained about it. In conclusion I advise you to go to another EE shop or ring EE instead.The 3 starts is just because of the product because if you to rate the staff I would give just one star.

We had a good experience Saturday the 9th October 21, we were looked after and given good information from Nathan, he was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to sell us a good package deal as well as save us some money. There was some difficult customers in the shop and the staff were doing their best to help them. Thank you Nathan

Poor customer service, three members of staff in. Left me stood at the counter for 5 minutes to then tell me to take a seat as there is a 15minute wait.

3:30pm and the Manchester Derby was kicking off. Walking past and so a promotion was interested in, decided not to go and give them my business because their employees were stood in front of their shop tv, watching the football and on their phones. Very unprofessional and gave off the vibe that they didn’t want to be there.

Really helpful staff who were happy to help rectify an issue with EE online sim that had wrong number allocated to it so wasn't connecting. Will definitely use this store again.

Managed to sign up to a contract for an agreed price (same as online) and was charged an extra £7 on my monthly bill. Prices on EE website have now increased. Was not filled with confidence by the staff

Went here for help with my Grandma's phone/pay-as-you-go SIM. Staff member was utterly uninterested in helping and too busy playing on his phone. Rudely told us all he did was 'sell phones' and that he wouldn't help. Disgraceful service. Extremely disappointed. Non-existant customer service.

The phone retailer on the high street. Had to visit to sort out my kids phone accounts but seems like their left hand doesn't know what their right hand is doing. Thought I'd sorted it until i.arrived home when I received notification that they had not sorted it. Needs another visit when hopefully I'll get it sorted. Very long winded to sort what should be a simple solution!

I have called here in the past being a regular customer of EE and didn't find the staff very helpful. HOWEVER. ..I called in today with some technical issues on my mobile and can honestly say that Aaron was the friendliest and most customer oriented person I have ever seen. He went above and beyond to help with advice and information. A credit to EE and the Altrincham branch. Thank you and 5 out of 5 stars
