Vets Now Macclesfield

Really good care for your pet and the vet explained everything in a compassionate way. The assistant was also very attentive and apologised for the vet having to attend an emergency. I'd have no hesitation in bringing my pet to Vets Now in the future.

This is the second time we've used VetsNow's services.The first time, They were very compassionate when we had to have our boy put to sleep, had all the time in the world for us even though it was 3am.More recently, our puppy was transferred to them out of hours after surgery. They were more than happy for us to call for updates through the night if we wanted to and made us feel very at ease.I do hope to not have to use there emergency vet services again but I'm very glad it's available and that the staff are all so nice.

When phoning for an emergency appointment the person I spoke to was friendly and empathetic about my concerns for my dog. The nurse and the vet I saw were both really friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I would definatley use this service again. My dog was really well examined and looked after whilst there. The vet and the nurse took the time to try and make my dog feel ascomfortable as possible as he was nervous. I would definatley use this service again thank you.

Brought our shihtzu puppy in at 11.30pm, due to him repeatedly vomiting blood. The staff were very kind. I believe the vet's name was Maciej and he was so reassuring and thorough. In total the visit took about an hour, which I thought was very good service so late at night.

Had to take our boy Axel there on Saturday afternoon fighting for every breath due to anaphylaxis. The veterinary care was amazing and his life was saved, my only concern was the harrowing 40 minute journey because he couldn't be seen anywhere closer which could have cost his life, but not their fault. We were able to collect him at 11pm the same night, still very groggy but very much alive, thankyou for saving our precious boy.

Went to Vets Now on advice of our own vets has our dog had only just come out of surgery and wasn't walking. Got to Vets Now in Macclesfield, rang the buzzer to let them know we were there as needed assistance getting her out of car. Approx 20 minutes later some came, looked and said she'd get the vet to come out. Approx 20 minutes later rang the buzzer again as no one had come. During this time our dog was beginning to come round. When the vet eventually came, he got our dog out of the car and took her into the building, but she was still unsteady. Went into the building where the vets asked lots of questions about her. He then went and did a blood test and came back saying she didn't need to stay there and could go home. For all this was charged over £150!

Saturday night emergency for my rabbit. The thoughtful receptionist moved me to another room to wait when a dog was brought in, so my pet wouldn't be stressed by it. The vet was great too.

Phone answered quickly, details taken and ensured I was clear where the service is based. On arrival my dog was quickly assessed by the nurse and a history taken. There was a short wait before seeing the vet but that is to be expected as they are managing emergencies. The vet listened to my concerns and a plan agreed. My dogs bloods were taken with minimal delay. Once we had the results a treatment plan was agreed. The insurance claim process was straightforward.Excellent service.
