Having dealt with nationwide companies in the past, we were a bit wary about using a local waste management company and had our reservations regards to service. Having been with SL Recycling for 2 years its the best decision as a company we have made. Metal prices are consistent, office staff are friendly, efficient and constantly keeping us in touch with environmental changes.

Weighed in 40kg of household cable, they graded it dirty which was a load on nonsense. Paid 50p a kg instead of the going rate of £1.55kg, called them twice to get it rectified. 1st callback promised wasn’t returned and 2nd call made the lady who answered wasn't interested. Underpaid us by £42. Avoid!
