Had a great free trial with F45 - hit places in my body that I never usually do with just going for a run. Great location as well. Really looking forward to getting started at this branch - team is fantastic too

F45 has motivated me to get fit - during their fitness challenge I was able to lose 10% of my bodyweight! The staff are friendly, approachable and push me to achieve my goals. I enjoy training as part of a team. The classes fit in with my work schedule, keep me focused and are lots of fun. I would recommend this gym to everyone.

As an occasional visitor to the gym, I love the vibe wheneverI return to country for work. I especially come because I have worked with one of the trainers before. I love feeling the burn and the feeling of achievement after the innovative, high-intensity workouts.

Absolutely LOVE training here. The trainers are super motivating and friendly. Makes working out SO FUN!45 mins of intense training and you leave feeling amazing!Definitely the place to be if you want to start or continue your fitness journey! F45 is amazing for all levels of fitness!
