Called in for a hot drink to an empty shop then waited a few minutes came from out the back to serve only to be asked “WHAT DO YOU WANT”! Brushed it off and asked what hot drinks are available at the moment as the screens were not working to be met with “LOOK WHAT DO YOU WANT” after that I left not being spoken to like that the young girl needs to be trained on her customer service skills.

I came in for a customer and the staff was very friendly and chatty.Had a meal deal and breakfast roll for my client.Very nice indeed they said.We will be returning.
