Very friendly shop assistant with a smile on her face whilst serving me. A lot of the trespass style shops you feel like you're being followed as they tend to nowadays be quite quiet. But felt relaxed in this one and bought myself a new jacket. Never. Got the ladies name but thanks for your help with my purchase. I'll definitely be back

There's an up to 70% sale on here at the moment, does that mean it will maybe close? Anyway a good range of smart clothes, especially T shirts at reasonable prices. The store mainly caters for hikers, but not exclusively, the footwear and sunglasses look fashionable, I bought sports sunglasses, very reasonable

Good standard and selection of shops. In Braehead.Typical of an American Mall.Makes Greenock Oak Mall look like a Zombie mall in comparison. We went for a jacket for me. I have mobility, pain, and visual issues. I asked staff if they could help because of my needs. They both went over and above expectations in trying to provide assistance and I can't possibly say enough about my gratitude as how patient, humane, and personable they were.I wasn't able to find a jacket to suit my needs and size, but my husband was able to get himself a great jacket.

Great place for outdoor clothing and accessories, bargain of the week must be the be the merino wool trekking socks with more than two thirds off the price also great clothing for the grandchildren wanting to follow in your footsteps. Find the staff friendly and helpful

Very friendly staff. Just realised a year ago they sold dog jackets, leads/collars, harnesses etc. It's a small section within the store but everything they sell is well made and long lasting. I've already bought a reversible jacket and a collar/lead.
