Absolutely beautiful location. Charming house that is full of character with modern touches. Superb. I suppose wifi could've been a lil stronger if I was being pedantic but it did not impact at all.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and homely, everyone slept well on comfortable beds. The kitchen is modern, stylish and contains everything you could need. The views are outstanding, walk to beach is steep, however you will probably have it all to yourself.

Just back from spending a lovely, relaxing week at Llys Tanwg celebrating my wife's big birthday with family. The house is amazing with fantastic grounds and views. We made good use of the Sauna, Jacuzzi, Fire pit & BBQ. Cooking in the well equipped kitchen was a delight. Strongly recommend the butcher at the Spar just past Llanbedr.The house is ideally placed for trips to the beach and into Harlech. Plenty of activities for 4 generations to enjoy.

Very much overpriced and poorly managed keys not available on arrival, beds not made , hottub leaking and out of action for half of our stay , games room leak prevented use, bath not draining, cistern broken, heating upstairs limited…it was cold, dish washer not working and full from previous occupants. Beautiful location but in need of maintenance and modernisation of most facilities, one tv for very large house and very poor WiFi signal will not cut it for the very high prices charged.Poor bed stock , torn and rusty bed frames. Very slow to respond to arising issues and very rude hot tub engineer. Did not appreciate a rat box being placed next to the hot tub. Did not appreciate being told to get a cloth to dry the games facilities or the curt responses when seeking help. Still waiting for recompense for a stay riddled with issues.
