Old School House B&B

We had an absolutely brilliant stay with Emma and Rob. The B&B is immaculate and beautifully presented. Very modern, spacious but homely throughout. The room was large and had a gorgeous view out over the bay (where we saw dolphins from the window) and was brilliantly equipped with fridge, coffee machine, TV etc and some lovely homely touches. Breakfast was gorgeous and made to order! Top notch, high quality ingredients cooked brilliantly. We stayed in Room 2 which has a private bathroom (across the corridor) that had a huge shower and loads of nice toiletries. Brilliant location with free parking nearby and lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed for a further few nights. We look forward to returning soon.

The room was immaculate, the loch view was stunning, the bathroom beautiful and the bed was really comfy! Breakfast was also delicious! I would recommend a stay here to anyone!

Beautiful large room, comfy beds, huge shower en-suite. Excellent decor in perfect house. Tasty breakfast delivered to the room with a lovely sea view. Good comms, welcoming host. Thank you Emma!

Stayed here for one night whilst travelling through. Lovely room with a super king bed and a private bathroom which is just over the hall. Room was big enough to spend the evening in and we ended up chilling out locally with fish and chips from over the road and enjoying the view from the room.Breakfast comes to the room the next morning cooked fresh to order. Lovely place for us to stay. Would recommend.

We had a great time, Emma is really nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, the room was beautiful and very clean.

The room was spotlessly clean, absolutely gorgeous with a lovely view of the sea. A very comfortable bed, spacious lounge downstairs if you wanted it. Unfortunately due to host having Covid we were unable to have breakfast. Communication was swift and responsive.

Beautiful B&B with spotless, modern decor. Waking up to the view over the bay was very special indeed! The breakfast was excellent and we were really impressed by how much choice there was. Thank you Emma!

Awesome BnB! We loved our stay here - being able to hear the river with a gorgeous view of the garden and sea. Breakfast was amazing and the bed super comfortable. The room and bathroom both very well presented. We couldn’t have been happier. Highly recommended.

Have stayed here 3 times over the last two months (essential worker) Absolutely fabulous. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, brilliant breakfast. lots of extras. Microwave available, which is much appreciated as hotels etc closed. Stunning views . Look forward to be able to stay for proper holiday. Thank you Emma for making my stay so enjoyable and look forward to seeing you again.
