A rude and obnoxious person. Couldn’t fix our oven, was disinterested in helping us out at all. Rung him up to report that the oven was still not working, as he instructed us to do, then said he couldn’t help and simply palmed us off. Many thanks Harry, don’t work too hard.

Harry came to look at our intermittently stopping dishwasher. As it was intermittent it was tricky to diagnose and he was here for about 3 hours testing / eliminating various causes. His patience paid off and the dodgy sensor was indentifed and replaced. Very happy to have found a reliable and honest repairer. Very reasonable charge for the distance travelled and effort put in.

This man is totally unprofessional, I first left a voicemail giving all details requested, he never bothered to call me. Finally spoke to him and arranged a time for him to visit - he never showed up. I left numerous voicemails for him to call me, he never did. If I could leave 0 stars, I would! a totally unprofessional and ignorant man!
