Good Price and Friendly Service. Booked through EuroCar Parts for supply and fit of Rear Brake Discs and Pads. Dropped my car off on opening, picked it up at Midday.

We were relocating back to uk after having spend 2years overseas, we have a 07 peugeot 307 which has been parked in our garage and had not been driven past 2 years. after extensive searching online for car companies we came across awan auto tec, read all their reviews and decided we would send the car to them. Called and was greeted by Mr Malik, arranged for the car to be towed to him, told him we needed the car in 4 days time as thats when we will be landing in uk. the next day we got a call from him and he gave us an extensive detail of what needed to be changed and the different parts prices and gave us the freedom to select what we wanted. absolutely no pressure and we felt really at easy to know that we was not getting ripped off. he changed only the parts that needed changing and nothing more. we gave him the go ahead. 2 days later we arranged to collect the car, 1000% satisfied. drives so well, absolutely no complains whatsoever. from start to finsh, it was a very pleasant experience, we felt really comfortable with Mr Malik and team, Mr Malik if you are reading this, i wanna say job very well done and you have yourself a customer for life! highly recommended. 1 week before the Christmas, and my usual local garage was too busy to slot in and repair my car. After recommended by one of my friend, I went here without appointment (urgent as the engine temp keep rise up and had issue with the exhaust). I talked to the owner and he explained to in a professional manner. They did a brilliant job to replace my exhaust and thermostat. Finished all the works in acceptable time. I will definitely come again for future services and repair.

Very nice mechanics - came in early today looking to get a rear windscreen wiper fitted as my previous one had come off. Despite being busy with work, they said they were happy to do it for me and had it fixed and ready in less than 10 minutes. Very reasonable price too. Would highly recommend - thanks again!

I left my car on 10 th July in front of workshop for general servicing and handbreak replacement as per bill they completed the work on 12 th July except handbreak replacement , after 16 days they were telling customer need to order the handbreak set then only they will fix it so I took leave from my work and I found one handbreak set from brakers and soon after I received the set I ran to workshop to fix it but the workshop in charge Mr Danis attitude was very bad and he was rude to us. I was very upset as the car was in workshop since 10 th of July. He was telling he will fix whenever he want in a rude manner may be tomorrow, day after tomorrow or after one week.So I paid the bill for other services because I can't wait more days and received key from him,he gave me bill in a piece of paper without any explanation and this is against government tax rule and this will make government in to a financial crisis.I came out of workshop Me, wife and my friend was in a peril and we were discussing about this situation meanwhile Mr Dani and his colleague came out and they were talking in front of us in desi language and they were laughing at me. Finally before taking vehicle, checked engine room coolent level was below minimum level which I paid for that.After all these he offered no apology. Please try to respect customers, overall we are paying you money this is not a free service.

Booked an appointment through Eurocar parts for Monday. Took my car for brake pads to be changed. Booked time off work to go collect the car the same day as per the appointment. Got a call the same day to say they haven't got the correct hex key to remove the brake pads?!?!?! Not my problem, shouldn't have accepted the booking if they can't complete the job. Took it back on Wednesday and they didn't have the common courtesy to complete the job as they were too busy". Well there are plenty of garages out there that can complete work to the agreed schedules and we certainly won't be using them again and will pass on the word. Owner offered no apology
