Such a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team! It was a real pleasure to shop at Brewers today - they are so well stocked - and the chap who served me was excellent from the moment I called ahead to check stock to him bringing 2x10l paint tins to my car! What an excellent team. Highly recommend.

Legendarily helpful team. I visited their store with 0 background on painting. First Rob took me through all the ranges and explained to me what I need & why. Then with Beth I was able to order via phone as I ran into a log in acccess issue and she was so helpful again while explaining different products to me and giving spot on advices. I really appreciate the help, thanks so much!

I’ve just had the most amazing service by Beth! I’ve come in at nearly closing time to buy some paint and she has given me the such great service (even though I ended up spending £50 more than I wanted too)! But that’s the reason why. She is an asset to your business! Thank you again Beth, let’s hope these Purdy products brings me more jobs in :).

Came to this store today at 7 o'clock which is their opening time. The staff arrived at car park 5 minutes past and they also needed 15 min to fully open the shop. So the shop was open for 7:20. He gave me an excuse from his personal life which has nothing to do with the me, the customers. If it says 7 o'clock. Business should be ready for 7 o'clock onwards. People shouldn't have to wait 20 min in the rain.
