Insurance company sorted my repairs out with this company. Rubbish job! My front splitter is still hanging off. Can clearly tell it was a rushed job just to get extra money off insurance. Not only that, they drive the car back without reimbursing fuel and adding extra mileage onto your car. A money hungry company by the looks of it

I can't give a 5 (and halves aren't an option) because it was raining when my car was returned to me so was unable to give the repair a thorough look over but the weather conditions were not Solus's fault. They acted with courtesy and professionalism at all times. They called me when they were supposed to and they even washed the car inside and out after the repair. And all within a 24hr period. If i was to have one criticism it would be that the car was not loaded onto a lorry but driven away and driven back on its return. But all in all very happy with the service i rec'd. And a 3 year warranty on the repair is a nice touch too.

I was not looking forward to my car into the garage, after an accident, as I thought I would be without it for a long period. How wrong I was. Solis requested images and then booked me in. My car was with them for less than 72 hours for full front damage. They must have ordered all the parts from the images I supplied.Souls drivers, extremely courteous and professional collected and delivered my car back. Office staff same, they kept me informed and updated. Cannot fault this company would highly recommend.

From start to finish, the communication has been great.Sophie (or Sophia) picked the car up and dropped it back off..she was very friendly helpful and informative...she helped take the stress out of something stressful. Car looks great... repair great...and the car has been cleaned too... all in all a fantastic experience.... highly recommended .. 10/10

Awful experience. The staff were uncommunicative, and in one instance rude, I found myself chasing them for updates constantly. They also lied about the return date on numerous occasions, leading me to take time off work for no reason. They also told me I could pick up my car on a Saturday when it turned out the place is closed on weekends! When my car was finally delivered to me it had not been cleaned or valeted. Truly an awful experience, which is not what you need after having a car accident. I’ve put a formal complaint through my car insurer. Please do not use this company by choice! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Made the whole process of repair painless. Pretty well a single phone call and things were set up. Collected my car, dropped off a courtesy vehicle, and brought mine back when completed - all nicely valeted as well.Kept me informed of progress throughout for peace of mind. Faultless and professional. Well done. Oh, and the repair was first class as well!!

Contacted my insurance. Very speedy response, (pardon the pun). Booked online the repair date. They called me within 10 minute's to confirm the best date near what I had chosen. They had all my details, including my courtesy car. The came to my door to pick up my car & left the courtesy car. They kept me informed of the repair which made me feel important. My car came back gleaming & ahead of schedule. Really happy! Thank you to all the staff for there understanding & reassurance, during these difficult times. I really appreciate there loyalty.

Every accident every damage is unnecessary problem. Important is how the problem is solved. My need to use service of Solus was made by uncareful passenger of car parked close to my wife car which make the damage to car's door. It was very unpleasant situation with people had refused to exchange full names, insurance data completely uncooperative. Fortunately Solus service put a bright light on this wasting time problem. The car was collected from my house and delivered back the same week. The repair was perfectly done, the car was washed what was nice surprise and the stuff was cooperative and helpful. Great company.
