The staff in here are always so so helpful and welcoming! I have been in today with two bulbs from a VERY old lamp not knowing if i could get replacements or not. The lady who served me ( I am so sorry I didn't catch your name but it was about ten to three ish on 10th August!) was brilliant and helped me find the bulbs! Please pass this message on and let her know that the bulbs were exactly the right ones :) Thank you!!
