Waited 6 months for an audiology appointment and thought my ears blocked so made an appointment to get them cleared before hospital appointment, I was told ears were clear, I queried this as struggling to hear and was told nothing they could do as definitely clear. Went to pharmacist who looked at ears and said both very much blocked and I could pay to have cleared not no appointments until next week. Called yourselves asking for help as had been given incorrect information by yourselves and refused to help saying no appointments and couldn’t fit in. So surprise surprise I went to my audiology appointment today to be told my ears completely blocked and nothing they can do until unblocked and I’m back on the waiting list to wait another 6 months for appointment. Your lack of care or consideration for how this is impacting my life is extremely disappointing.Robert richardson

Moved to this practice nearly 10 years ago from another local practice, no regrets at all. Outstanding level of service across the board by GPs, nurses and receptionists alike. Other health centres should use you as a shining example of dedicated patient care.

UPDATED REVIEWSo after my last appointment my doctor...(seen a few doctors from the practice during my treatment who have all been great)mentioned that he had noticed the Google reviews had not been great recently and noticed mine within the bad ones. He asked kindly if I could help with my opinion and why I left a 1 star review, which I thought was a touch of class.Clearly the Dr's do care and are willing to engage the patients to make the practice better, something I've never experienced at other practices. I did mention again my thoughts on reception as I personally believe this is where I've only experienced any problems myself. I'm hoping to see a future improvement as the care from the Dr's have been great during my recent treatment.***ORIGINAL REVIEW***A little bit let down today and i think its honestly down to just one person. Some receptionists go above and beyond. Some just want you off the phone and that's happened 3 times now. I've lost my bag with my medication in, as it stands I will have to wait 7 days to see or speak with someone to get it sorted. When I ran out of medication before, the receptionist managed to arrange over the phone with a Dr to issue more.

Disgraceful service and care. when dealing with cancer patient getting blood tests they say there is some anomaly in your bloods and you need to see a doctor, I am not allowed to tell you what but you can speak to a dr on Friday. It’s Monday. Well there’s a week of sobbing uncertainty and stress for a 5 minute phone call. Disgraceful. Obviously someone lucky enough not to have been in this situation.

Pity police weren't quicker when the bully went mental, so sorry for all concerned, and genuinely feel for everyone the families concerned. POLICE ARE COWARDS IN UNIFORM.

Just registered at this practice and what can I say, they not even worthy of 1 star ... absolute disgrace!!! Some of the reception staff's attitudes are absolutely disgusting. Doctors taking it upon themselves to omit tests that have been specifically requested by a hospital consultant, then to say you will have to do it again when chasing it, all the while the reception never ringing to tell me any of this. Need to change practice but need to find another gp in the area that can deal with complex cases

Brilliant staff throughout ! I’m always dealt with efficiently and with friendly manner .Also appointment wait times are very good compared with some surgeries.I feel very lucky to be a patient here

Absolutely disgusting attitude from doctors also very incompetent at there jobs and rather tell you what's happening instead of letting you explain, did a phone call appointment and wouldn't see the patient so nearly died from this experience but it's OK isn't it as they know best !Hope you get shut down

Receptionists have bad attitude, the practice has a duty of care to look after its patients. If you have been requested to call the doctor to discuss your bloods, then at least try and sort an appointment in a timely manner. Have a little respect for those who have pressured jobs, and try (just try) to be a little more accommodating. In fact the more I think about it, they just pretty useless.
