Excellent experience from showroom to installation. Dan and Max provided clear, helpful information and arranged an installation date at short notice. Installers were neat and efficient; wood mantle and limestone surround is high quality. A pleasure to use this great local company.

It was a long journey with Westcombes but well worth the wait!. I am very please with the outcome. My new fire place and stove looks absolutely brilliant, just what, and how I wanted it. Thanks to Max and his team for letting it all happen. I Highly recommended Westcombes. The team are very professional, tidy, polite, and they were able to give me useful advice on all aspects throughout the process of the installation, as well as goodies for getting my stove fired up!! Thanks again.

We had Westcombes install a new slate hearth to our decorative fireplace and are super happy with it. Helpful colleagues in the showroom and when contacted via phone. The installer came to make a template, then we waited a week for the stone to be cut and then the installer came back to fit the hearth in just an hour or so. The team were also flexible with our requests to change the day of the fitting. All in all, great experience and recommended.

Westcombes installed three fireplaces (including restoration of one) and they did a fantastic job. They were really responsive throughout and Max was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose fireplaces in keeping with the style and era of the property. Would highly recommend.
