Rob came promptly following my phone call, and totally repaired door locks, replacing parts and adjusting parts on door and frame for a perfect fit. Very reasonable charge.

Brilliant service from Rob. We moved into the property yesterday and were having problems getting in and out. The locks were very problematic. Rob came earlier than promised and was friendly and professional. We now have two functioning external doors and are free to come and go as we please! All done for a reasonable price.

Rob is very polite and professional.The door has never been so smooth.Replaced the mechanism and fixed our door.Didn’t realized our door wasn’t installed probably since we moved in and now we don’t hear a noise while we lock the door.Thank you so much!!

I was recommend to speak to Rob as my front door mechanism was jamming. Rob turned up fixed the issue with the mechanism and realigned the front door. It has never opened smoothly in the last 4 years but it does now. I have since had Rob back again to look at my patio doors and back door which have always had issues. Once again he worked his magic and they are now opening and closing better than ever. 1st class work from a thoroughly nice chap!

We came home after some time away and were unable to open our UPVC back door - it just wouldn’t budge. But fortunately I knew who to call!! Rob is an expert locksmith with over two decades of experience. He fixed ALL the doors leading outside and ensured the patio window runs more smoothly, too.
