I’ve used Absolute BM on a few occasions now and I highly recommend them. They’ve remapped my X5, replaced the front suspension & diagnosed a fault I had with the fuel heater. BMW Specialist. I am happy to recommend Absolute BM, The entire engagement was clear and well explained. Travis was able to understand the problem I was explaining very quickly and already had an idea of the issue which was confirmed by a quick diagnostic test. He called within a few minutes to explain the fault and explain the options available to me. I travelled from Birmingham and Travis offered to get the issue sorted on the same day yet I had only booked the car in for a diagnostic.As part of the repair he was carrying out Travis also ran a general check around the area of the car he was working on and shared a brief status of the car including areas I should think of sorting out as preventative maintenace. After the BMW service plan on my M3 expired, I looked around for an independent specialist and decided to try Absolute BM. Travis clearly has a passion for all things BMW and his technical knowledge of their engines, transmissions and suspension is remarkable. I'd have no hesitation in taking my car to him again.

Travis really knows his stuff & is really helpful, had my 330d towed to him as a non runner, he instantly diagnosed the fault & sent the ECU away for repair due to water ingress. Absolute BMW have also carried out a full engine & gearbox service which I was very pleased with . The price & service was excellent , would not take my pride & joy anywhere else .
