Direct Blinds

I have had several blinds over a few years from this company, always had quick response, blinds fitted well, not had any problems with them.Just had several for 2 bedrooms, Wayne came out within a couple of days to measure up, brought a large choice of colours, styles and was very helpful in choosing them. Were ready in just over 2 weeks, Wayne came back to fit them, they look good I could not be more pleased.

Came in to browse for blinds near the end of a day. They were happy for us to stay an extra few minutes. The shop is not large but we found plenty of blind samples to look at and good displays.

I'm all for supporting local business, checking out some blinds online as you do, decided to go the next day to the local shop.Women in shop needs a lesson in customer service, not friendly at all and not very helpful either and when your dealing with a customer and the phone rings, let it.As for the price I was quoted for one blind £175.00 when online the same type for £100 less is taking the p. Sorry to say but I'll be shopping online.Little surprise there are no prices listed on their site.

As I entered the door the customer bell sounded ,waited for 5/10 minutes no one came out,not a soul ! So I had no other choice but to leave ,shame as I was hoping to order shutters as They had the ones I've been looking for

Our blind for bay window and blackout blind for bedroom was fitted today. Very obliging as I had to change time for fitting. Very efficient and we are extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend their products and services.
