Five Star Nails

Today i went for a pedicure in fivestar nail there was a young boy doing my pedicure and he used hand gel for my feet and never used a scrub and when the products fell on the floor he never cleaned or sanitized it he also done massage on my legs not my feet and this was for acrylic and pedicure worth £50 the service was very poor i don’t recommend going there at all

Been here a few times now. Clean, nicely decorated salon. 5 staff members, it gets busy later in the day, quieter in the mornings. Whenever I booked an appointment - it was respected.Steven who did my nails was very professional, friendly and detail oriented. He advised me about what length and shape would look best, and worked very carefully and sensitively.Tom was sensitive while doing my pedicure, and as I requested did not grate too much off.Anne was great at helping me pick colours for a detailed design, and put a lot of care into drawing precise lines.In my experience, when people say that nail salon staff are rude" very rarely the staff are actually rude

Five star Nails West Drayton opposite to Wilko is THE WORST NAIL SALOON IN THE AREA , Staff is very rude always talking in they’re language and laughing, they have no work uniform, they don’t wash their hands, they don’t sanitize they’re tool between a customer and another, they don’t listen if you ask them to do something, the place is dirty, they are rude if you tell them you don’t like something, I STRONGLY DONT RECOMEND AND ALSO ILL REPORT THEM TO HEALTH AND SAFETY FOR CUSTOMERS, the place need to be shut down ! WORST NAILS IN THE AREA WEST DRAYTON DON’t GO IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR NAILS AND WALLET !

If I could give them 0 I would. They are so rude. They get angry if you ask questions or say that you're not happy. They are also very rough and man handle you. So rude. I would not recommend this place at all. I've started going to a nail shop on the Uxbridge road (also called 5star nails) and the people in there are so lovely and welcoming. Yes steer clear of the yiewsley one ladies.

Today was an awful experience, I have been coming here for a while. Unfortunately today would be last time visiting them ever. I went to get my infills done and showed a design, the nail technician quoted me a price which was fair however when it came to doing the design it seemed fine on a short nail but as he did the rest I tried to tell him it’s not the same, the star/sparkle shape should be different lengths he was doing them the same length. Before the nails were cured on my left hand I was trying to tell him that it’s not correct and he cut me off twice telling me to put my nails in. I then tried to tell him again when he did the next hand that look at the picture what you’re doing doesn’t seem right and he got really defensive. To the point where he was like I showed you before why didn't you say anything. I tried three times to tell him he was not understanding what I’m trying to say. And when I informed him he was rude, he got very aggressive and kept saying tell me what I’m saying that’s rude, at which point I tried to explain that it was his body language and tone which felt threatening. He then proceeded to make me feel like I was an idiot to the point where I was nearly in tears and not one member of staff intervened. Only when I got up and left without finishing my nails did someone come over, at that point it’s really too late. If I’m paying for something, I have the right to be like I don’t like it. It was badly done and I tried to tell him each time but he refused to listen. I also told him you could have told me upfront you can’t do it, I wouldn’t have minded. It’s just not great to treat people this way, especially your customers. I wasn’t asking for free service, I wanted something I liked because it’s on my hands not what’s convenient for the nail technician. Furthermore, none of your staff intervened and collectively allowed someone to be reduced to tears. It’s a shame because I have been coming here for a long time but I really wouldn’t recommend it for anyone looking for good service and people who will listen with kindness. Such a disappointment. Went there today for a pedicure . Young lad flapping around for ages looking for something. Started my feet left my toe sore by pulling skin out . Then too a big chunk out of my heel . Wouldn’t stop bleeding . Couldn’t really do a proper pedicure in the end as had to put plaster on my heel . The lady came in the end and apologised and I asked for a clean plaster as too much blood. Then asked her to put another on top. They didn't charge me rightly so as didn’t really do what I asked for . Would give them zero if I could and certainly will not be using them again . Hopefully my foot heals before my holiday in the next couple of days .

I would give anything less than 1 star. They are horrible. Very rudeUnprofessional and very tidy. By all means abound this place

I have been coming here for a few years now. They are so friendly and professional. With my line of work my nails break other places I have been. Even after a week and half my nails still shinny and look like I got them done yesterday. So pleased
