We decided on ordering a door and side panels from Cerberus following our friends using them a few years ago. The customer service is excellent and Victoria was always helpful and responsive.The door is such a feature of the house and it was the last piece of a long renovation and so we were a little apprehensive having not seen the door or colours before. When the fitters finished we were not disappointed, the quality of the door and locks is exceptional and we are extremely pleased with the result. Neighbours have since positively commented and asked where we got it!Thank you and we would certainly recommend Cerberus having had a first class experience.

installed two doors 4 years ago. Friendly, easy to deal with. Doors are very expensive but well built and the steel frame is solid. Issue is that the lock on the interior main residential door never worked properly. It is so hard to turn that most women do not have the strength to turn the key. At the time of installation I asked for it to be fixed, they came to do an “adjustment” which did not work, telling me the compression seal would soften over time. It is only after finding my second female guest waiting for me (2 hours) to open the door, because she could not, that I decided to ask Cerberus to fix the lock. Unlocking the door should not require brutal force.I called and go the passive aggressive shove off —send a video/ the doors may have shifted (it has not the lock is hard to turn even when the door is open), use a lubricant (yeah, did not wait for that brilliant advice to try that). Finally after I insisted, I got quoted £240 plus VAT (!) for an “adjustment” visit, even though the lock never worked properly in the first place…The upshot is good product, very expensive, no service after installation. They just do not stand by their product. I am in the process of buying 2 vault doors and one external doors and I will not be buying from them, nor will recommend them to my friends.

Cerberus supplied and fitted four security doors into our home. They were wonderful to deal with in every sense and most professional. The doors are of superior high quality and look fantastic.
