Waited ages for some toilet roll, as there wasnt any. Gave up in the end. Only 1 mixed use toilet and 1 disabled toilet, hope they dont get too busy, especially in the summer

Terrible services, all toilets were not accessible due to a table being put in the way and the staff saying all the toilets are out of service. Don't bother stopping here if you need a break

1 toilet, no toilet paper, no baby change, loads of space and no facilities, what's going on? Oh but they do have a shower which was really useful to the 10 of us standing on the queue for the loo.Subway was ok but lots of families and no high chairs provided, or enough tables for that matter.

Beware of pricing, on a few occasions the prices on the shelves do not match the actual prices by £s not just pennies. On the last occasion which was on 10th August I was informed by a stroppy young girl that it was the customers responsibility to check the pricing was right at the till, not theirs!!!!! Happens so often that in my opinion it is a deliberate attempt to over charge. Also beware of prices at the pumps

Absolutely vile. How can any manager allow a place to be this disgustingly dirty is beyond me. You can tell it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Brown build up on the sinks and floor of toilets, stinks of sewage. Milkshake machine has days of crusty milk on it when they’re meant to be cleaned more than once a day for hygiene reasons. Wanted to throw up.

Called in for a bottle of screenwash as ran out and it was snowing. Huge pile of screenwash bottles outside marked as £6.99 or £13 for 2. They tried to charge me £7.99 stating it was new price" refused to pay as all bottles and big sign were marked £6.99. Begrudgingly the till operator accepted me paying £6.99. If I'd have bought fuel aswell chances are I wouldn't have spotted this. I do have to wonder if "new price" was driven by current weather conditions!!"
