I had lessons with Mark and was very pleased with the way mark taught me I did not get my license due to having to stop cuz of a death in the family and was not in a good place but will deffo be contacting mark to start again

Didn't get told before purchasing crash course that if at end they don't think your ready you won't sit test and lose money .......so be aware of this

Absolute wate of money. Worst experience ever. SPEAK TOO FAST WHEN YOU ARE DOING ON ROAD TRAINING ELEMENT OF CBT. Don't have manners of how to deal with there customers. Worst experience ever. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

Totally unprofessional instructor. He was not friendly in the slightest and complained about everything I was doing wrong, even though I am a learner. I'm rather upset with how I was treated and at times wanted to get out of the car and walk away. Instructors name was Mark. I highly recommend not getting lessons from this instructor. I had high hopes for Surepass but this instructor has really let them down.
