terrible customer service and useless staff. Most of there gas heaters don't even work and refuse to even give a refund when entitled to one. I would recommend avoiding this shop. Definitely overpriced and inconvenient even with deliveries.

Prashars DIY store. Old school family run store, owners are very helpful, each time I needed something I’ve had solution from this shop. Also those who need keys, these guys really good. Quick reliable and very very reasonable priced too.

Friendly and polite owner with a sense of humour despite his workforce being late for work - a bit of an Aladdins cave if you are into DIY - very reasonable prices for cutting keys - almost felt bad at how little I paid - this place epitomises what your local mom and pop operated DIY store should be
