Although their prices are low they usually never have anything gluten free or vegan except maybe fresh produce. I wish they would include more dietary options.

I go to Lidls, because I like their products, the bakery and they are doing week specials (greek week, italian week etc).It is very convenient- just two minutes away from the tram stop and they also so many buses around the corner. The downside is that is always very crowded, with extremely long queues.

I'd give one more star to four mainly because of the store's convenient location, through which a wide range of public transport, including buses trams run.As for the store itself, it's always busy, which's self-evident for where it is. Quite often the compact-sized store is crowded and there's always a long queue of customers waiting for checking out.

Great for bakery items, croissants etc.. queue are long bit quick to go down.. watched young kids just grab a load of stuff and run off, security at the door just pretended not to see and staff just struggled it off. That's why thevies keep coming back, should just disengage thier flippin hands!

Just love their all butter mince pies. Cheetham Hill baskets still getting cleaned, thank you.Great prices, more affordable than tesco, asda, sainsbury, waitrose and morrisons. Ni e Christmas lights too, reindeer and sleigh etc for outside or inside (if you have room).
