Had a free cookie from Vodafone. Went to collect cookie to be told they didn't accept these voucher codes from Vodafone. Having used one previously I advised them of this, I was told very rudely we aren't doing it anymore! 0 stars if I could.

I was in Leeds and my daughter and son wanted to get a cookie from Millies cookies and an employee who was working at the counter was extremely rude to start off with and I had given £10 and I had payed for 2 filled cookies which cost about £3.99 and the lady at the counter had taken my note and only given me back £1 however I had given her a £10 note and she consistently denied taking my other £5 in which I confronted her about because it was an extra £5. However she continued to argue with me so being the bigger person I walked off and left it but won't go there again!

Genuinely nothing more to say than miserable staff ,cut us off before we had even finished ordering then proceeded to slam our order on the counter whilst looking at us like we had just kidnapped her entire family !

Do not use this store. I bought a cookie that was clearly undercooked and tasted of dough. They would not refund because i had taken a bite,and do not have any avenue for complaints.

My bf was adamant he wanted a giant cookie for his birthday. The lady who served me was so helpful and friendly, even though I came in quote close to closing! I’m so impressed with the end result, it tastes amazing and he absolutely loved it. Really recommend

Lovely and sweet biscuit, milkshake shop. I bought the salted caramel and vanilla milkshake; takes a while to melt, thick and creamy. Would recommend.
