came on time, no problem. Luke wrote an estimate then keptit him self, so I couldn't check against the final bill. No dust sheet used in the doorway and mud marks on the carpet and skirting board. Fitted a different type of lock than we had before. when the door was shut you couldn't open it from the outside now you can. I rang the firm to express my dismay but was not given a satisfactory reason for fitting a different lock. Very disappointed. will find a different locksmith in future.

Managed to get locked out with no way of getting in ,, called absolute after a quick scan of googleVery polite response from the guy who answered the phone he arranged an engineer to visit and sort us out,Within 30 minutes the locksmith arrived drilled out the lock and replaced it with a high security lock whichwas our choice( we were given options on quality and price ) the engineer was very polite very professional and very quick which you are really pleased about when you’ve got a lock outThe price quoted was very fare and l would not hesitate to recommend this company if your in a fixFirst class service

Very professional. Rang before arriving. Luke was obviously very knowledgeable and explained things in detail.Our front door (UPVC) had jammed shut. Turned out it was a faulty gear box so we had a gain entry, new gear box and new lock. The price was £256 which was a bit of a shock hence 4/5 stars. I would still use this company again though due to their professionalism.

I called these guys having locked myself out the house. They were great on the phone said they could get to me in an hour but came within 15/20 minutes. The guy that turned up was polite kind and friendly and worked fast and efficiently to get me and my children back in to the house.A really nice guy! I hope I don’t but if I ever did need a locksmith again I’d definitely call them.Thank you
