Better Body Club
Have been going 5 years to better body club. It's friendly, fun, relaxed and the classes can work you hard or stretch you well. Caters for young to old adults with lots of variety of classes for the over 60's and superb classes for the not so old. Keeps me fit, supple and my back in check and the Christmas party is fun too.

I have been attending classes with Better Body for many years. The classes are excellent in every respect, and there is a great sense of community with the instructors and attendees, which leads to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The Better Body Club provide a great, friendly service to the local communities around Warsash and Denmead - which means you not only get good exercise classes you also meet and make friends with people in your local area. They have experienced instructors who teach Pilates, Yoga, Cardio and Dance classes using the local community centres.

Great classes to suit all with extremely knowledgeable and friendly instructors. I have seen such a change in my core strength and flexibilty . Lots of times and days available. Must say that it is also great to dance at 60!
