We commissioned a level 3 RICS survey from Element Surveyors because they were local, had excellent reviews on Google and also proved to be very competitive on price. The report we received was excellent, it's comprehensive, well written and easy to understand. In fact it was even complemented by a third party that we were seeking advice from. Given the number of negative reviews about homebuyer surveys we've had from friends friends and family we'd highly recommend going for a level 3 survey from Ben.
