Great food, value for money. Everything was prepared fresh, all stations were clean and presentable and stock was plentiful.The gentlemen taking our order was great, he covered everything and made us feel welcome he kept saying remember it's all you can eat" and trust me I ate all I could ☺"

Lunchtime deal. Had to specifically ask for it as not volunteered. Steak was fine. The outside of the place has rubbish and cigarette ends by the entrance. Only people there. Barman friendly but more interested in television than collect plates glasses etc. Won't be going back

A nice little beefeater located just outside of Newport. The staff were super friendly and welcomed me into the restaurant quickly and to a nice clean table. The menu is currently in the throws of Christmas so there's a nice selection of different items to choose from rather than the standard beefeater fare.I was served nice and quickly with all food well presented and really well cooked. I only had a few drinks but these were well served and brought to my table super fast also. A nice Beefeater which is well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Some lovely food served in a timely fashion. Having stayed in the premiere inn next door I took the meal deal which reduced the prices considerably.Chicken and ribs with chunky chips followed by chocolate brownie and a pint. Superb

Excellent food and staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was piping hot and there was a nice atmosphere. Quite busy which was actually nice to see. It would have been a little better if they had kept the second door shut rather than propped open as when people walked in there was a rush of cold air through the restaurant. Overall though, excellent and we will return.

I will not eat here again as it has really gone down hill. Service was very poor and the food was less than average. Our orders did not come correct and portion sizes have shrunk. Our starter plates weren't cleared away so we had to eat our main course around them. When we had finished, we then waited a long time for all the empty plates to finally be cleared up. We had to ask for a desert menu as we weren't offered one after the clean up. Sadly we waited so long for the menu that we eventually gave up, called for the bill and left. Correction, we had to walk up to the desk and ask for it because If we hadn't gone and asked, we would probably still be sat there now as I don't think anyone would notice. We were completey ignored. I would understand if they were very busy, but they weren't. Shocking service.

Disappointing that several items which we requested were unavailable.Out of 5 choices of children's drinks, only 1 option on offer.No frozen yoghurt meant non availability of 2 children desserts.A component off the Surf & Turf dish, unavailable.Service was slow.Food was good once it had arrived.Surprised that children's meals were brought out after the adults had received theirs.We were visiting whilst on holiday nearby.
