Clowns . Say one price try and charge another. Get to mon boarders.

Very poor quality of service too myself. Was overcharged by £80 on my gas bottle. When questioned about it I was told that I was credited the £80, but I had already paid for it in cash. My receipt clearly states that I was charged and paid the £80, and when I went in and spoke to them, I was basically called a liar. Until they reviewed their cctv, only then they refunded me the money and wouldn’t take my word for it. They then proceeded to tell me that they refuse to further fill my gas bottle after they were in the wrong in the first place. Disgraceful!

Great range of car parts at reasonable prices but there customer service skills needs to be implemented I suggest as they can be very off putting when negative attitude to people on sale desk in shop. Used to be great service not so long ago. Shame really

Not good experience... 2 faultybalternators given to me and when I asked to confirm labour cost I was told they would pay it then once I paid the garage labour for the 2 faulty parts they then said I wouldn't get my refund... definitly not happy with fast parts

Buyer Bewared Drivers and mechanics! A heads up. After 6 years of original brake discs and pads working perfectly on my twice a year full serviced Prius I had to purchase some for the rear wheels from this company but shortlist after the left pad (right side seems fine atm) became absolutely wrecked to the bone cutting the discs in less than 10 months. Motorcare who appear not to care (ironic) gave lots of excuses really blamed wear and tear, car fault, mechanic fault everyone else bar them and then not manufacturer fault without seeing them obviously. Overlooking the product guarantee. Caveat Emptor indeed! What a pity. Will use another company in future.

Stocked a part I desperately needed (replacement wing mirror glass) which I couldn't get hold of elsewhere. Friendly staff too.

Helpful staff good product knowledge pleasant normal people who treat customers with old school service spot on
