Well Pharmacy

Appaling customer service. Can't even say hello or goodbye . There are always 5 staff working in the back but only one person service so it is not unusual to wait 30m. They are condesceding , rude and incompetent . I was once referred to them by 111 and they hang up at me saying that they were very busy and that I should call back in 3h when I was in severe back pain with a trapped nerve . Didn't even bother to ask what was wrong with me . Worse pharmacy I have ever seen ! Avoid at all costs.

lacking in basic otc medication, was told codeine linctus is out of stock but the chemist down the road had an abundance. even after explaining my GP recommend this and as it’s available OTC it’s far cheaper than paying for a prescription…

After 13 years of fighting for my severely disabled daughter there isn't a lot that can shock and phase me.... But the male pharmacist and an extremely rude woman who calls herself the middle man" have left me flabbergasted.I don't understand who employed either of them. They are the most incompetent and unprofessional people I have come across in a long time. It's very interesting that they have posters everywhere asking us "to please respect them" when they most definitely don't give you the same back.I can get over being treated in an appalling way (whilst being pregnant!!!) but I can't get over how they are playing games with a severely disabled child.... Quite frankly I think the 2 people I have already mentioned are a danger and I know I'm not the only one to say this. Disgusting behaviour. I honestly don't know how they sleep at night. Definitely not even worth the 1 star.I will be transferring to a different pharmacy for my daughter's safety."

Absolutely appalling customer service. All staff are so rude and unhelpful. They never seem to have anything and always refusing to accommodate when there is an urgency. Useless pharmacy, not sure why it’s still here.

Awful customer service. So unreliable and quite rude, despite being extremely understanding on many occasions.

The short English lady at this pharmacy is constantly rude… been going here for the last 5 years and I’m always nothing but polite! Today was the last straw - being told my medication no longer exists and go back to the GP to get it sorted rather than explaining nicely she was extremely rude and unhelpful towards the matter! GP surgery have had nothing but complaints about them too!! Time to find a decent chemist who are respectful

Absolutely disgusting service. Every time you go in they treat you rudely and as if you are putting them at a major inconvenienceToday once again the lady at the counter was condescending and I was asked to move to one side to wait for no specific time while she served others. When I queried why is she talking in that tone and what am I waiting for (as it wasn’t clear) the pharmacist came down and told me my prescription will be returned to the doctors surgery and they won’t process.The medication is imperative to be taken on time, he had all the time to come down and defend his inexcusable colleague but no time to actually process the prescriptionPathetic.Everything you hear and read about this pharmacy is true. Avoid going if you can, especially if you are vulnerable and in need.

Always a nightmare to get my repeat prescription as I started to be served by an extremely rude lady behind the counter, always talking down to me, treating me like I've done something terrible to her and all I said was 'hello, how are you?'. And wow, the dirty looks she gives people.... so full of hate towards everyone.Everytime I have to pick up my prescription I suddenly feel my asthma improving, that's how much I hate being in there! I've had enough though, will never use this pharmacy again.
