Great company lovely staff very caring and professional. They do an excellent job at caring for my mam. If you need a caring company I would definitely recommend this one. They helped us at short notice and we wish we found them sooner.

From the very outset we knew that Help at Home Care was going to provide an excellent service to our 89 year old , sight impaired mother.Initially we employed a carer on weekdays to support her in the morning, helping her shower and dress, giving her breakfast and medication . Over subsequent months, this gradually increased to six mornings a week and then to evenings as well.Every carer was very friendly, and treated our Mam and her home with respect. They were always punctual, and there was always an open line of communication where we and the carers could exchange information. We always felt they had a genuine concern for her health and well being . This really is a five star service offering truly professional support with staff who can be trusted to look after your loved ones sensitively. Having Help at Home Care eased the responsibility of care on my brother and myself , whilst giving our Mam the opportunity to continue living in her own home with reliable support .

My mum’s main care is provided by Help at Home Care and has been for nearly a year. So impressed was I by the managers professionalism and the staffs care that I decided to replace mums existing two care agencies with Help at Home Care. All the staff work together, they don’t see their shift as a stand alone call but as a follow on from their previous colleague ie.if mums bed needs changed they don’t have to be told to put them in the wash, they just do so and leave a note for the next Carer to remove them. As a daughter and main Carer to mum, the piece of mind I get from having confidence in her care team is priceless. The manager Catherine is exceptionally professional and just installs trust. What more could you ask for?

This is Care you would give your own family. Proffessional in their approach to tailoring a personal care plan for your loved one. All the staff treated my Great Aunt with kindness and trust. They were always looking for ways to help my Great Aunt staff physically and mentally active wich was great as my Aunt had dementia. I would recommed this service to any family looking for a service with a consistent approach to putting the needs of their clients first.

What an exceptional team of carers they have. Professional, empathic, kind, always willing to do what’s best. They looked after my dad with dedication to his wellbeing, taking care of his needs and making him happy. I could not have asked for a better service. You can rely on them 100 percent. In a world where it is difficult to decide who can help you support your loved ones I would recommend them without hesitation. I will always be grateful for their support. Thanks to you all.
