Bespoke has been excellent to work with and very accommodating with some of our delays (due to delays with the bathroom tiles). All of the tradespeople have been great to work with - clean, tidy, efficient - and everything is finished to a high quality. Thank you!

Bespoke did all of the work on our new loft extension to our terraced house in Walthamstow. We were very satisfied indeed. the planning and consultation service pre-build was detailed and their manager gave us every opportunity to get the loft that we had wanted. The work seems to be of a very high standard - Bespoke and their site managers were a joy to deal with - and all of the tradespeople were efficient and friendly. I was especially pleased with the speed, efficiency and management of the work in all of its phases. I would certainly recommend Bespoke to anyone wanting a professional, friendly and speedy completion.

Highly recommend Bespoke Lofts. They carried out a loft conversion for us as well as some interior remodelling. We had a small space, so needed to have ceilings lowered which was a much more intrusive project. We met Steven first, who was very friendly and came up with a couple of options for how to best utilise the space we had. This was before we'd even put a deposit down and was very helpful to us.We got quotes from about 5 different companies and we found that Bespoke were the best value for money so we went with them, they also came recommended by a neighbour who had used them.We had to move out of our house for most of the duration of the work. There was a slight miscommunication on how long this would be for - we thought it would be 3-4 weeks whilst ceilings were lowered but it turned out to be most of the job, so around 11 weeks. So our advice would be make sure you clarify with the project manager beforehand so you don't caught out on timings. In hindsight though, we definitely would not have been able to live around the work!We got on very well with our project manager, Adam, who was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Whenever an issue arose he explained it very clearly, and helped to find solutions. He always made himself available when we were visiting to check the work and was well organised and kept us in the loop at all times. Before work began, he provided us with a folder for the project which had all the information we needed and was extremely helpful.Everyone that came to work on the property was excellent and very friendly, and took the time to explain the work they were doing if needed, and also helped to find the best solutions to any issues. Our neighbours reported to us that they had no issues with anyone, noise was kept to a minimum, and everyone they spoke to was lovely.Once we moved back in, work was still being finished, and everyone that came to do work was punctual, friendly and considerate. Shout out to Louis (structural), Keith (flooring, carpentry), Chris (electrics), Neal and Brad (carpentry) and Mark and his team (plumbing). The decorators that were recommended were all very friendly too, and we eventually went with Tony and his team who were just as good as the quality of the Bespoke crew.Also shout out to Holly and Nicole in the office who were very helpful and responsive with any questions and help we needed during the process.Overall, very happy with the work and service. Highly recommend them.

Adam and the team were fantastic from start to finish. It was reassuring and evident that they had delivered so many similar projects which made sure that there were no surprises. As well as delivering the project to an extremely high standard the whole team were a pleasure to deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous, down from the office staff right through to the contractors who work for you on a regular basis on your projects. I believe that by employing the same guys from project to project, you have an understanding with them meaning that any issues will get sorted quickly. I'd like to give a special mention to Bill- a lovely, genuine guy who started the build off and Adam, who watched over everything to ensure things went smoothly.

Bespoke Lofts were brilliant from start to finish. Their rates were fair, their communication was excellent and they managed the whole process from end to end, so it was far less stressful than I’d anticipated. Every single work person who came into the house was brilliant. So pleased with the final product - would recommend Bespoke to everyone.

Could give nothing less than 5 stars for this company for doing our loft.Marc who managed our extension was well organised, honest, approachable and employed good tradesmen. Actually, excellent and extremely hard working tradesmen. Had our extension during the heatwave and they worked tirelessly when everyone else was too hot to work. They were polite, clean, and just nice people to have in the house during building work. They were helpful and did everything to a high standard. We especially liked our carpenter Keith.We have previously had very bad experiences with builders and this company was the exact opposite and I would recommend them to everyone.

Really great project, team and support from bespoke. All the people we dealt with were good and did a fantastic job across the fits. Work was rapid to a high quality and issues were explained and managed well when they did come up.Strongly recommend Bespoke Lofts if you are getting your loft done.

We couldn't be happier with our beautiful loft which has been built by Bespoke Lofts to an excellent standard. It wasn't a straightforward project, because initially we had been let down by a completely incompetent builder who started the build, made an incredible mess and then disappeared - after they took our money. Thankfully, Bespoke were able to rectify the previous builders' many mistakes and brought a project that we almost thought was completely hopeless to a good end! They kept every single promise in terms of timings and costs and all the tradesmen were absolutely amazing. They turned up every day, worked really hard and were always happy to discuss any questions we had. Also, Mark, who managed our project, had some great ideas for how we could cut substantial costs by changing the architect's design very slightly but without compromising on the overall idea. His changes worked really well; the loft is exactly how we wanted it and we can unreservedly recommend Bespoke Lofts to anyone!

The Bespoke team were great to work with. Always very professional and considerate. The outlined process and our dedicated Project Manager meant everything was outlined very clearly from a budget and timeline point of view.
