The first young man was very helpful when I was trying to pay my buy now pay later account. Of which I did. However I then I noticed another problem on my phone concerning Currys. The next man was not helpful at all. I think I interrupted him having a natter with 2 other employees.

I went in for a new washer and vacuum cleaner the assistant couldn't have been more helpful. He didn't rush me and talked me through everything even offered me a chair. I had the washer delivered and fitted and the old one taken away. The men were quick and efficient even giving me a quick demo. And both my items were cheaper than the same things on the Internet. Well done curry's.

Went in for new headphones. Guy on the desk very helpful chatting to me about the different options and pricing. (Standard approach I used to work in this same store) anyhow £48 later new over ear headphones were bought. Job done Happy customer.

Absolutely shocking service from this store and phone team. We’ve been bounced between store and phone helpline more than 5 times! We’ve been promised a refund, free swap and change of item many times now only to be told we can’t have it because “it’s not the same Currys”. How can the store and the phone not be the same?!? Outrageously poor…

Went into curry’s Loughborough looking to purchase a new tv we were served by Alan (17) we found Alan to be very knowledgeable with the TV’s that were of interest to us also asked Alan about other makes as well, and he could answer all of our questions satisfactorily. Ordered a xbox pass 3 hours ago still not ready to collect been in store and they telling me 2days for collection absolutely ridiculous click and collect should not have been available unless it was in stock now got to wait 2 days when could have gone game or tesco and picked it up same day, just cancelled the order now have to wait upto 14 days for a refund ZERO STARZ FROM ME DONT USE GO GAME MUCH BETTER AND IN STOCK!!!!
