Beware of “Duncan” the incompetent undercover security.Don’t try to use Sainsbury’s SmartShop App here and not expect to get chased down by this security as he is unaware of this facility. He may try to tackle you while repeatedly yelling “you didn’t go to the till”.He will be confrontational and will not apologise after being proven wrong and supplied with the in app receipt.

one of the worst sainsbury's I've seen, the staff is always outside smoking, only one person in the till and if it's busy they don't care, I live in the area and I know how the workers are. It would be good if they changed the staff and another manager where they really work

Nice handy local shop and mostly friendly staff.I have been using it for years.But they are absolutely rubbish at sorting out the National Lottery ticket machine, I have had multiple problems buying my tickets there. They should only let someone who has been fully trained and has got experience use it.

Shopping in this store is a problem. Purchases at 20.80GB gave a 40GB guy after a while, he replied that he was short of money and demanded an extra pound.I gave it 40GB and he said no, then I'm saying you have a camera over your head, check it out, all of a sudden flashing a guy got 40GB, but after that you got mad and started counting in two.The next minutes of counting or lack of skills I was given the rest but not up to 40Gb just another attempt to cheat by 6GBSo, I took out the calculator on the phone and counted as children in the school and showed what amount is expected.This is not the end of the offended state began to suggest I'm rude to what I replied with how I can not count it for them I did it and suggestions for naughty behavior in this situation is already inhibition and no comment on them. let them take care of the head of the store.

Rude staff. The Male staff seems to think they can push around women when there on there own and the other staff just back them up. I will be making a complaint to the head of the store. This is not acceptable and the public should not have to deal with this when doing there shopping.
